The terms under which we offer Seeristica.
These terms govern your use of seeristica.com and the reading service, operated by Personifier Media Private Limited ("Seeristica", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
Seeristica offers two products: an Individual reading (₹199), a written reading focused on one area of your choosing — Self, Work, Love, Inner, Edges, or Decisions — based on photographs of both your palms; and an Overall reading (₹999, currently offered at ₹799), covering all six areas. Each reading is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide, typically within two hours of confirmed payment.
2. AI disclosure
We're transparent about the role of AI in producing your reading. Your palm photographs are analysed by Anthropic's Claude, which identifies physical features of your hands (line placement, mounts, finger proportions, and so on) and applies our behavioural-translation framework to write the reading. The frameworks themselves are drawn from named palmistry traditions (see About); the AI is the tool that applies them at scale and in writing.
This is not a replacement for a human practitioner, and we don't claim it is. We do claim it produces a careful, considered, individually-written reading that most people wouldn't otherwise have access to. It is an observational tool, not a predictive one — we don't claim to tell you what will happen, only to describe patterns already present.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to order a reading.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Paytm; we do not store your payment credentials. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified.
5. Refunds
See our full Refund Policy. In short: full refund if your reading isn't delivered within 48 hours of payment and you tell us within 7 days; no refund once a reading has been delivered, except for acknowledged errors on our side.
6. Intellectual property
Your reading is yours to keep, read, print, and share as you like. The frameworks, site content, and Seeristica name and branding remain the property of Personifier Media Private Limited.
7. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate information (name, age, contact details) and for uploading clear photographs of your own palms. Readings are generated based on what you submit; we can't correct for photos that are blurred, cropped, or of the wrong hand after the reading has been produced.
8. Limitation of liability
Seeristica is provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance in any of those areas. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.
9. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Force majeure
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages at our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Supabase, Paytm, Resend, Anthropic) or internet service disruptions.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
