The terms under which we offer Seeristica.

These Terms govern your use of seeristica.com and the purchase of any reading from us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

"We", "us", "Seeristica" means Personifier Media Private Limited, an Indian company (CIN: U72900DL2021PTC386624) with its registered office at 142, Arjun Nagar, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi – 110029, India. "You" means the person accessing the site or placing an order.

1. What we provide

Seeristica produces a personalised behavioural reading based on photographs of your palms and information you provide about yourself. The reading is generated using a combination of traditional palmistry frameworks (Cheiro and Western chirology, Hasta Samudrika Shastra) and Anthropic's Claude AI, which analyses the photographs and applies the frameworks to produce the written reading.

The reading is delivered as a PDF document to the email address you provide. Standard delivery time is within two hours of successful payment.

2. AI disclosure

We are transparent about the role of AI in producing your reading. Your palm photographs are analysed by Anthropic's Claude AI, which identifies physical features of your hands (line locations, mounts, finger proportions, etc.) and applies the behavioural translation framework to produce the written reading. The frameworks themselves are based on the named palmistry traditions; the AI is the tool that applies them at scale.

This is not a replacement for a human practitioner, and we don't claim it is. We do claim it produces a careful, considered reading that most people would not have access to otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Seeristica. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly accept orders from minors.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed by Paytm. By placing an order, you also agree to Paytm's terms of service for the payment portion of the transaction.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID.
• Prices may change at any time, but the price displayed at the time of your order is what you pay for that order.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refunds Policy. In summary: you are eligible for a full refund if your reading is not delivered within 48 hours of payment. Once a reading has been delivered, refunds are not available except in cases of duplicate charges or acknowledged fault on our side.

6. Intellectual property

Your reading. The reading we send you is yours. You may read it, save it, share it with anyone you choose, and quote it. You may not resell it, claim authorship of it, or use it as the basis of a competing product.

Our methodology, templates, and brand. The Seeristica name, logo, prompts, templates, and the framework we use to translate palm features into behavioural observations are owned by Personifier Media Private Limited. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

The traditions. The palmistry frameworks themselves (Cheiro, Hasta Samudrika Shastra, etc.) are public-domain bodies of knowledge. We do not claim ownership of those traditions.

7. Your responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, email, mobile, age, dominant hand).
• Submit clear, well-lit photographs of your own palms. We may decline to produce a reading if photos are unusable, in which case we will request new photos or issue a refund.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the site.
• Not order on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any Seeristica reading or use of the site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including (but not limited to) emotional distress, lost opportunities, or any decisions you make based on the reading.

Readings are subjective interpretations offered for self-reflection. You are responsible for your own decisions.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the data practices described there.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control: internet outages, infrastructure failures (Google, Paytm, Anthropic), natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemics. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver as soon as conditions allow, and offer refunds where appropriate.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of Seeristica will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If the matter cannot be resolved by discussion, it will be referred to arbitration in New Delhi under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a single arbitrator. The courts of New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not resolved through arbitration.
