Most readings are delivered within two hours. If yours is not delivered within 48 hours of payment, you may request a full refund.

When you can request a refund
You are eligible for a full refund if either of the following is true:
- Your reading was not delivered within 48 hours of successful payment, and you have raised a support ticket within 7 days of payment.
- The payment was charged twice due to a technical error, where you intended to make only one purchase.
When refunds are not available
Because each reading is custom-generated based on your specific palm photographs and is delivered as a digital product, refunds are not available once a reading has been delivered to your email. This is consistent with standard practice for personalised digital goods under Indian e-commerce regulations.
The exceptions: technical errors (duplicate charges, etc.) which are addressed regardless of delivery status, and any case where we acknowledge a fault on our side.
How to request a refund
Email support@seeristica.com with:
- Your Order ID (from the order confirmation email)
- The email address used for the order
- The reason for the refund request

How we process refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account, depending on how you paid). Processing typically completes within 5 to 7 business days. Bank-side delays beyond our control can occasionally extend this; if a refund has not landed in your account within 10 business days of approval, write to us and we will trace it with Paytm.
Partial refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Either the reading was delivered or it wasn't; either you get the full reading or a full refund.
Chargebacks
If you are unhappy with a Seeristica order, please write to us first. We respond to every email within 24 hours and prefer to resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank before contacting us means we lose the opportunity to make it right.
