What we collect, and what we do with it.

Plain English version: we collect what we need to give you a reading and send it to you. We don't sell your data. Your palm photos are deleted within 24 hours of delivery.

This Privacy Policy explains how Personifier Media Private Limited ("Seeristica", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use seeristica.com or place an order with us. It is written to be readable. If anything is unclear, write to support@seeristica.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us when you order a reading

• Your name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Age
• Which hand you write with (dominant hand)
• Focus areas you select (up to three)
• Two photographs of your palms

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we collect standard analytics data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, time spent. We use this to understand how the site is performing. We do not use it to identify individuals.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Paytm. Card numbers, UPI IDs, and bank details are entered on Paytm's secure pages. We never see or store your full payment credentials.

2. How we use your information

• To produce your reading. Your palm photos and the details you provide are used to generate your personalised reading.
• To deliver your reading. We email the PDF to the address you provided. Your mobile number is used if email delivery fails or for support follow-ups.
• To improve the product. Aggregate, anonymised usage patterns help us understand which sections of readings customers find most useful.
• To communicate with you. We may occasionally email you about new readings, product updates, or improvements. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing us.
• To meet legal obligations. Tax records, invoicing, and any government-mandated retention requirements under Indian law.

3. How long we keep your data

Palm photographs

Your two palm photographs are permanently deleted within 24 hours of your reading being delivered. They are not retained for training, marketing, or any other purpose.

Reading details and account information

Your name, email, mobile, age, and order details are retained for as long as you continue to engage with us, and for the period required by Indian tax law (currently 7 years for accounting records under the Income Tax Act). You may request deletion of your records at any time by writing to support@seeristica.com, subject to legally mandated retention.

Your reading PDF

A copy of your reading is retained so we can re-send it if you lose access to your email. You may request deletion of this copy at any time.

4. Third parties who process your data

We are honest about who touches your data. The following third-party services are involved in delivering Seeristica:

• Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Drive) — hosts order records and palm photographs during the production window.
• Paytm — processes payments. Subject to Paytm's own privacy policy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — your palm photographs are analysed by Anthropic's Claude AI to identify features of your hand. This analysis is what produces the substance of your reading. Anthropic processes the data according to their privacy policy and does not retain it for training purposes.
• Email delivery providers (Google Workspace email infrastructure) — used to send your reading PDF to you.
• Google Analytics — used to understand traffic and usage patterns on the site.
• Meta Pixel — used to measure the effectiveness of any advertising we may run on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed above.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). These help us understand how visitors find and use the site. You can decline non-essential cookies through the banner that appears on your first visit, or by configuring your browser to block cookies.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable international law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India

To exercise any of these rights, email support@seeristica.com with the subject line "Data Request". We respond to all requests within 30 days.

7. Security

We use standard security practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS) for everything you send us, restricted access to our systems, and strong authentication on all administrative accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you give us.

8. Children

Seeristica is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please write to us and we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers on our records.
